Claudia had skipped out on the ski trip, sure, but that didn't mean she had to hang around the island. She'd decided to use the break from classes to sneak back into her brother's old lab and . . . mess around with some stuff.

Yeah, she probably should have gotten a friend to come along. And she fully expected that she'd be in trouble if anyone found out she'd come up here alone. But she wanted to try and talk to Joshua, and well, that was kind of awkward with Jake or Scully around.

Yeah, okay, maybe she really should have waited until she knew Jake or Scully could come along.
